Busy weekend.

Friday night caving Lost John's Dome route with Tom.

Saturday morning cycled the Helvellyn Triathlon route - Glenridding, Docker, A66, St Johns in the Vale, Thirlmere, Dunmail Raise, Ambleside, The Struggle, Kirkstone Pass back to Glenridding. 36 miles - 2 hours 40 minutes.

Then bouldering at Brant Fell.


Sunday climbing with Ian at Tilberthwaite where we did 7 routes.

March 9th. Camping at Kentmere Tarn

Friday 9th March. Camped at Kentmere Tarn in very strong winds (gusting to force 7!).
